AVA Care of Harrisonburg, a medical nonprofit serving women that are at risk of or facing unintended pregnancy, is seeking applicants for the following positions:
Operations Coordinator (32-40 hours/week) This position is responsible for the day to day financial and administrative tasks related to funds management, purchasing, insurance and building maintenance. This position supports the Executive Director in the development and management of the annual operating budget as well as maintaining the financial records related to monthly and annual giving and fundraising events. Marketing & Communications Coordinator: (24-32 hours/week). This position is responsible to raise awareness for and promote a positive image of AVA Care of Harrisonburg, as well as to plan, organize and coordinate communication efforts for AVA Care, including advertising, marketing and branding efforts.This position reports to the Executive Director.
